General:
Our deliveries and achievements occur exclusively on account of the following conditions. You can order by order form by means of fax or email From now on also payment by bank move possibly. Below with placing of order performed conditions count as legally binding and from the principal approved.
Realisation of the contract:
The online offers are non-binding. With clicking the order badge or sending the order fax the user explains obligingly towards the supplier to want to acquire the ordered product. The order acceptance occurs not-binding concerning prices, delivery and date of delivery. Force majeure or other not predictable circumstances do not entitle to damage claims.
Retention of title:
Up to entire settlement of the claims existing against the customers the delivered product remains as our property.
Prices:
All prices contain the legal value added tax. We deliver exclusively by calculation or precash.
Forwarding expenses within Germany:
For cover deliveries we calculate a forwarding expenses-all-inclusive of 7.00 euros and for spare filter deliveries a forwarding expenses-all-inclusive of 4.00 euros.
Delivery:
The delivery time amounts between 5 and 14 days, as far as we have the product in stock.
Exchange:
There is 14-day right of return and right to exchange goods on receipt of the product, provided that this without use tracks and is unused. Please, note that the product is franked enough. We do not accept not free product. The postage costs for a flawless return within Germany are likewise refunded.
Guarantee:
The legal guarantee term amounts 24 months from acceptance of the product by you. During the first 6 months we substitute free of charge for everything of the customer to ourselves sent defective parts, as far as it concerns material defect. The customer has to indicate evident defects within 1 week from discovery or from receipt date in writing.
Cancellation right:
For the case that you consider it, nevertheless, once differently and which would not like to have ordered product any more you can cancel your order of course by email or fax within 14 days.
Data protection:
We guarantee for the confidential treatment of your data. For the order winding up we will store this with ourselves and use. In no case third persons get the data or are made these third persons accessible.
Other:
As long as this to the functional way contradicts, are not light divergences in colour or execution causes by technical changes possibly. The customer recognises the validity of these terms of business.
